Weekend Workouts

Just popping in to say Happy President’s Day! Jasper and I have a lot on our plates today….but, I wanted to share my weekend workouts really quick!

Friday: Ran 5 freezing cold miles with the pup. Brrrrrr!

Saturday: Ran 7 miles (3.5 of them with Errin!). Hit the gym for a leg and core workout.

Sunday: Off

Today: Did a mile warm up run at the gym with an upper body workout. Meeting Lauren for a 5 mile run in the snow today.

Non-workout related happenings: Rented the movie Drive-do NOT get this one unless you are a fan of heads being blown to pieces. Yuck.

Went to my first Asian market (thanks Errin) and loved it!

Made 5.5 dozen carrot cupcakes.

Ken rode for 5.5 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday-wowzers!

Hit up a dinner, baby shower and meeting/dinner.

Crashed on the couch!
